1. The range of terms and validity
1.1. The terms are valid between the person (hereinafter Customer) and the webpage www.rentapartmentinliepaja.com  (hereinafter Rent apartment in Liepaja online booking) owner Rent apartment in Liepaja (hereinafter Rent apartment in Liepaja) for the legal relations while purchasing products and services via Rent apartment in Liepaja online booking.
1.2. Purchasing services and products via Rent apartment in Liepaja online booking there are legal acts of the Latvian Republic regulating the legal rights in addition to current terms and conditions.
1.3. The transactions made at the Rent apartment in Liepaja online booking must be made by a capable person at least 18 years of age. If the transaction is made by the person not according to the regulations, the person whose bank account is used will be responsible for the transaction.
1.4. Rent apartment in Liepaja does not sell apartments to guests under 18 years of age. The Rent apartment in Liepaja maintains the right to ask for the provision of proof of age identification and cancel the minor’s order. 2. Price
2.1. All prices are in Euros and include the taxes regulated by the Latvian Republic.
2.2. Observe carefully the selected price information. Prepayment is obligatory for all reservations. If you cancel a reservation, the Rent apartment in Liepaja has the right not to return the prepaid amount, according to our rules of cancellation policy.
2.3. Your reservation will be not confirmed, until you have not paid full price in advance for an apartment.

3. Payments for accommodation with prepayment
3.1. The product selected by the customer from Rent apartment in Liepaja online booking must be paid in the full amount. By making the payment, the customer will assure that he/she has fully read and accepted the terms and conditions provided by the Rent apartment in Liepaja.
3.2. The amount shown in online booking can be made through the internet banks payments. Through internet bank is possible to pay in the Swedbank AS, Latvia.

4. Booking and confirmation
4.1. When making a booking, you are required to state your name, surname, phone number, email address, your home country, number of guests, arrival and departure dates. Your booking is only confirmed after you receive the Rent apartment in Liepaja confirmation.

5. Cancelling and changing the order and refund
5.1. Different restrictions and rules may apply for different rates and dates. See detailed rate information and cancellation policy.
5.2. If you cancel a reservation, the Rent apartment in Liepaja has the right not to return the prepaid amount, according to our rules of cancellation policy.
5.3. To amend or cancel your booking, please contact us by email or phone stated below.

6. Confidentiality
6.1. All personal information provided while making a purchase in the Rent apartment in Liepaja online booking are confidential and are treated by the requirements of the law of personal information. Rent apartment in Liepaja does not give out personal information to third parties without the consent from the customer.

7. Obligations of the Rent apartment in Liepaja to its guests and general information
7.1. If you have received an order confirmation of the apartment, but it turns out that the Rent apartment in Liepaja cannot accommodate you to the booked apartment, then the Rent apartment in Liepaja has an obligation to provide you with an apartment in better category free of charge or an apartment of the same level.
7.2. Arrival and departure. Your apartment will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
7.3. Children aged 0-2 can stay at the apartment free of charge.
7.4. Smoking policy. Our apartments are designed for non-smokers. Should guests violate our no-smoking policy, the Rent apartment in Liepaja reserves the right to demand the compensation of any costs incurred. The penalty for smoking in the apartment is 200€.
7.5. Pets are allowed in most of our apartments. Please check exact apartment policy before reservation.
7.6. Parking is available free of charge in all of our apartments. 

8. Miscellaneous
8.1. All complaints regarding the purchase from the Rent apartment in Liepaja online booking between the customer and Rent apartment in Liepaja will be resolved by negotiations. In case of no agreement, the customer has the right to turn to Consumer Protection. In case of complaints and questions not brought out in current terms and conditions the legal acts of Latvian Republic will be used.
